whenever i try to play a song it always opens on the ovi player. How to i change my default player to windows media player? I tried doing it through control panel but that didnt work either. please help

In MediaPlayer, go to Tools -%26gt; Options ( if you're using MediaPlayer 11 or above, right click on the top bar to get the menu )
On the Options window, click on the %26quot;File Types%26quot; tab.
Click on the %26quot;Select All%26quot; button then click the OK button.
You may need to restart your computer to make the changes take effect.Nokia Ovi Player......................?
select that file the press rightclick then go to openwith
if open with is not there then try using ctrl or shift before pressing right click then go to openwith.
then go to choose program then
select windows media player
the click on always use the selected program. the click ok
if this method does not work
then open ovi player then its setting and find the appropriate option for filetypes then unselect your required format and click ok.
