RealPlayer is my current default player, how can I change it to Windows Media Player?Default Player On PC?
Open windows media player. go to tools and options.. Go to file types.. put a check in every box that you want wmp to be the default player for it.. If this doenst work.. go to add and remove programs and remove real player..Default Player On PC?
right Click on the file you wanna play ,select properties then change to media player from the %26quot;open with%26quot; tabDefault Player On PC?
Open the folder which contains the file. just click once the left mouse button once, and select the file. and click on file, and choose open with. then choose the programmes... then choose windows media player, and there is a checkbox, programmes always use this program, tick it, and click on okay. On Vista, click on the Default Programs control panel and Select Set Default Programs. Choose Windows Media Player as your default media player.
On XP, open Add/Remove Programs control panel and then on the left hand side click on %26quot;Set Program Access Defaults%26quot;. On the right hand side, click on the double down arrows for Customize and select Windows Media Player as your default media player.
