Hello, whenever i play videos on firefox, the video links to quickplay which sucks.. so i wan tto change back to Windows Media player as the autorun/default

Hi go to your music files right click any song, it gives you a list find : open with. this will give you another list of all programs that will play the music, it should also say choose default program.pick what you want it should change all that type of music to your choice.It can also be used with dvd movies.Hope it works for you.
