How to change the download default?

I am trying to download a '.rar' file onto my computer, but when the window pops up to select the program to save it in, the default is 'Windows Media Player' and I don't know what to change it to. Does anyone know how i can change it so that it doesn't have a program to select from? Or does anyone actually know the program i need?How to change the download default?

1. Right click on any .RAR file in your computer

2. Chose Properties

3. In the dialog that opens, when it reads %26quot;Open with:%26quot; click %26quot;Change%26quot; button and then select Winrar as default program and click %26quot;OK%26quot;



Now the default program shuld be Winrar and not Mediaplayer.
